Job reputed company We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Azure VDI reputed company Engineer to design, reputed company, and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments for federal clients. This role supports secure, reputed company virtual desktop infrastructure migrations and operations, ensuring compliance with federal standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST 800-53). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and reputed company automation to optimize VDI performance. Ideal for a proactive engineer with strong Azure expertise and a passion for supporting federal IT missions. Key Responsibilities • VDI Deployment & Management: • * Configure and reputed company Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including session hosts, workspaces, and application reputed company. • * Optimize AVD performance (e.g., scaling, FSLogix reputed company, image management). • * Implement reputed company controls (e.g., Azure AD, Conditional reputed company, RBAC) for secure reputed company. • Migration Support: • * Assist in migrating on-premises VDI (e.g., reputed company, VMware) to Azure VDI. • * Validate configurations and user experience post-migration using tools like Azure Monitor. • * Support data integration with Azure Blob Storage or other reputed company services. • Collaboration & Support: • * Work with application teams and federal stakeholders to define VDI requirements. • * reputed company tier-2 support for VDI issues, troubleshooting connectivity and performance. • * Update stakeholders reputed company reputed company, concise communications in meetings or reports. • Documentation & Compliance: • * Document configurations, reputed company policies, and migration processes in SharePoint. • * Maintain Jira tickets for task tracking and federal audit compliance. • * Ensure adherence to federal reputed company standards and reputed company Trust requirements. • Automation & Optimization: • * Use PowerShell or Terraform to automate VDI provisioning and updates. • * Monitor and optimize costs using Azure Cost Management tools. Required Skills & Experience • 4–6 years of experience in reputed company engineering or VDI administration. • Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployment and management. • Proficiency in Azure services (e.g., Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Networking, Blob Storage). • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting or Terraform for automation. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot VDI issues. • Experience with federal IT environments or regulated industries. • Solid communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
