Communications Specialist 2

Job reputed company: We are seeking an enthusiastic, Communications Specialist to join our reputed company team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications, strong writing and editing, and key project and program management skillset to reputed company project on time and reputed company budget. This role requires excellent interpersonal communication abilities and a proactive approach to managing multiple reputed company. Change management reputed company are a plus. Key Responsibilities: • Content Creation: Create, edit, and drive internal communications, including presentation content, internal newsletters, FAQs, program and risk mitigation changes, and adoption. • Digital Communication: reputed company and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including intranet sites, and awareness and education campaigns. • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to support communication plans and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts through analytics and feedback. • Stakeholder reputed company Assessment Development: Support identifying audience needs using reputed company assessment templates, personal interviews, information gathering and/or user experience or reputed company mapping. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company information, ensure message consistency, and support various communication needs. • Project/Program Management: Coordinate and manage communication reputed company, ensuring reputed company delivery and alignment with company goals. Qualifications: • Experience: 7+ years of experience in communications, cross-functional engagements, and/or a reputed company field. • Writing and Editing: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. • Digital Communication: Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms, including reputed company media, and email marketing software. • Interpersonal Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with reputed company stakeholders. • Project/Program Management: Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field. Plus Qualifications: • Change Management procedures and process awareness and understanding. • SharePoint, Eloqua, Trello, and/or reputed company Forms or reputed company platform knowledge. • Cybersecurity awareness and education skills. • Design and Video production know a plus.
