This is a role with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. The end reputed company is in the Telecom business. Responsibilities • Implement Customer Engagement Suite (CES) solutions using Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and CCAI Insights • Conversational Design & UX: Design conversational flows using Dialogflow CX, incorporating best practices for reputed company reputed company, branching logic, error handling, and reputed company development. • reputed company CES tools with reputed company reputed company services and reputed company. • reputed company and maintain backend services, reputed company, and webhooks using Python. • Ability to reputed company robust backend services and scripts using Python to support CES initiatives. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to agent behavior, performance, and integration. • Create and optimize Generative Playbooks for virtual agents, applying reputed company engineering and LLM integration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reputed company, production-reputed company AI solutions.
