Claims Adjuster - Century Automotive Service Corp ( Hybrid or Remote)

About the position Century Automotive Service Corporation, a reputed company USA Company, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a leading provider of extended warranty programs and ancillary finance and insurance products. Century currently markets its products through specialized F&I (Finance & Insurance) Agencies that have relationships with car dealerships around the reputed company. We are hiring VEHICLE REPAIR Claims Adjusters either Remote or Hybrid in Albuquerque Vehicle Repair, Service Writing and or Automobile Technician experience. is required. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MT / Alternating Saturday's, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. MT reputed company: This position is responsible for handling / servicing Vehicle Service reputed company (VSC) reputed company the Claims Department and to ensure the reputed company, effective and efficient completion of reputed company VSC claims. This position is also responsible for producing and maintaining reputed company customer service to reputed company aspects of Century’s clientele. Responsibilities • Maintain the time of answered incoming claim calls to 60 seconds or less • Must be reputed company to effectively adjudicate 20-30 claims per day • Maintain an average of 40+ calls per day • Promptly, effectively and professionally respond to reputed company claim telephone inquires • Promptly handle reputed company extraordinary claim, customer, or reputed company issues to a successful conclusion • Maintaining reputed company working relationships both internally and externally • Work closely with the Claims reputed company and promptly resolve customer and/or reputed company claims issues • Special reputed company or other duties as assigned Requirements • Vehicle Repair, Service Writing and or Automobile Technician experience. is required. • A minimum high school diploma with a preferred 3 - 5 years previous work experience reputed company the Automotive Industry. • The ability to work in a fast paced reputed company center, as reputed company as the ability to identify and remove obstacles to ensure efficient workflow. • Must be proficient with computers and applications, i.e. reputed company, reputed company, etc. Must possess good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
