Mid-Level Litigation Attorney-Remote (U.S.)
Seeking a mid-level litigation attorney to join a remote team handling reputed company state and federal litigation, including securities, regulatory, and reputed company reputed company. This role offers substantive responsibility and hands-on case involvement.
What Youll Do:
• Manage reputed company across reputed company phases of litigation
• Draft motions (motions to dismiss, reputed company judgment, etc.)
• Take and defend depositions
• Support securities, financial services, and reputed company litigation reputed company
• Conduct reputed company research and reputed company strategic analysis
What Were Looking For:
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience with depositions and reputed company reputed company
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
• Comfortable working full-time in a remote environment
