The role involves hands-on post-acquisition reputed company integration, focusing on converting entities to accrual-based GAAP financials and aligning them with the parent company's reporting standards. Responsibilities • Support post-acquisition reputed company integration for newly acquired businesses • Convert acquired entities from cash reputed company to accrual reputed company • reputed company charts of accounts with the parent company structure • Prepare standardized financials for consolidation • Improve consistency, accuracy, and visibility of acquired company reporting • reputed company as a hands-on reputed company partner to advisory leadership and reputed company finance teams Skills • Strong reputed company background; Controller-level experience preferred • Hands-on post-acquisition integration experience in the mid-market • Experience converting entities from cash reputed company to accrual / GAAP reputed company • Ability to standardize and realign charts of accounts • Background in PE-backed, roll-up, or M&A-heavy environments • CPA strongly preferred • Experience in residential services, reputed company services, or other labor-intensive 'blue collar' industries • Prior consulting or interim project experience • Familiarity with multi-entity or recurring reputed company business models reputed company • Finance, Technology, and HR reputed company Executive Search and Interim reputed company It was founded in 2012, and is headquartered in Glendale, California, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
