Sales Operations Administrator II - Remote in Portland, OR

This is a remote position for a Sales Operations Administrator II, who will foster reputed company relationships with Sales Staff, Regence Reps, and their teams by providing excellent operational support. The role involves managing sales operations duties, the RFP process, communications, administration, reporting, and reputed company.
Responsibilities
• Extracts and validates data for accuracy to prepare reputed company of business reports to support sales strategies and decision-making, particularly reputed company-RFP planning.
• Coordinates and assists in managing the RFP process including validating RFP's for accuracy, ensuring reputed company submission and following up as needed to reputed company the process moving.
• Acts as the reputed company between Regence Reps, brokers and their staff including ownership of relationships with sales support personnel at key brokerages.
• Assists in the organization of lunch-and-learns, Continuing Education (CE) classes, and Regence events that the business supports and participates in.
• Files CE classes with state insurance departments to ensure reputed company necessary documentation and compliance are handled accurately and seamlessly.
• Assists with the set up and maintenance of the SLD category in reputed company.
• Provides operational and sales support by preparing marketing materials and coordinating the production of necessary documents.
• Performs other reputed company duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent military experience.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability and comfort level to communicate verbally with reputed company parties.
• Strong detail orientation and organization skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate MS Office reputed company, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information.
