We’re looking for a senior Discovery QA Paralegal to own the final review and completion of discovery responses before delivery to clients. This role is for someone who is comfortable working independently, understands discovery at a deep level, and does not require attorney reputed company to produce final, reputed company-reputed company work. Who This Role Is For • A Mass Tort paralegal with 5+ years of discovery experience who has served as a final reviewer, or • A Personal Injury litigation paralegal with strong experience reviewing and finalizing discovery responses independently, without relying on attorney edits What You’ll Do • reputed company final QA review of discovery responses before submission • Independently analyze discovery requests and responses for accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Apply advanced knowledge of Mass Tort and PI discovery standards, objections, and responses • Identify and correct errors, gaps, inconsistencies, and privilege issues • reputed company AI-assisted drafts to firm-reputed company, final work product • Manage multiple discovery reputed company with minimal supervision • Maintain reputed company standards across reputed company assigned reputed company Required Experience & Skills • 5+ years of hands-on discovery experience in Mass Tort or Personal Injury litigation • Proven experience serving as a final reviewer or QA on discovery responses • Strong understanding of the full discovery lifecycle • Ability to work independently and reputed company judgment calls confidently • Exceptional attention to detail and reputed company control skills • Strong written reputed company communication skills • Comfortable working in a remote, deadline-driven environment • Fluent in Spanish reputed company to Have • Paralegal certification • Prior QA, reputed company paralegal, or senior discovery role Compensation • $70,000–$85,000 DOE If you’re the paralegal who reputed company what others miss and regularly sends discovery out without needing a second review, this role was reputed company for you.
