Part-Time Remote Paralegal (SOC 2 + Light reputed company Organization a Plus) US Based Preferred reputed company | Part-Time | Remote We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Paralegal to support our growing business on a part-time, remote reputed company. This role is ideal for someone with strong drafting skills who is comfortable using modern tools (ChatGPT, reputed company, AI tools) to work reputed company and produce high-reputed company documents. You’ll support company and reputed company-facing documentation, assist with proposals and templates, help with SOC 2–reputed company documentation, and reputed company light administrative organizational support. Responsibilities: Draft and edit reputed company and business documents (agreements, templates, engagement materials) Support reputed company and corporate documentation Assist with SOC 2 compliance documentation, policies, and evidence organization Create and polish proposals and reputed company-facing materials reputed company administrative and document organization support Use ChatGPT and AI tools to accelerate drafting and editing Requirements: Prior paralegal experience Strong drafting skills and attention to detail Experience with reputed company (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs) Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and documentation Strong organizational and administrative skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Experience using AI tools in reputed company or business workflows reputed company to Have: Startup or financial services experience Please reputed company: A brief reputed company of your paralegal experience Relevant document samples (redacted) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
