Role – Sr reputed company reputed company HCM – Functional consultant Location: Charlotte, NC Contract – 1+ Year Contract Being at onsite, they should be expert in Functional and reputed company to handle any production issues with their technical knowledge. So, it is 75% of functional; 25% of technical. Job reputed company:Responsibilities: • reputed company HCM reputed company functional consultant will reputed company subject matter expertise and reputed company clients through the entire reputed company application implementation & support lifecycle • Manage Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, Absence Management and reputed company HR Modules • Identify business requirements and map them to the reputed company reputed company HCM functionality • Conduct Functional Design Workshops for reputed company HCM reputed company reputed company • Identify functionality gaps in reputed company HCM reputed company Fusion, and build extensions for them • Document reputed company the business processes in reputed company module • Advise reputed company on reputed company, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems • Configure reputed company HCM reputed company Fusion Applications to meet reputed company requirements and document application set-bolthires • Create business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions for reputed company HCM reputed company application • reputed company reputed company and Validation Strategies & Plans for reputed company HCM reputed company reputed company • Present new features as part of Quarterly Update process • Support clients with the preparation and execution of test scripts • reputed company status and issue reports to the project manager/reputed company on a regular reputed company Qualifications • Minimum 15 years of experience in a Functional role for HCM applications • reputed company reputed company HCM experience in Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits and Absence Management is a must. • Hands-on experience with reputed company HCM reputed company configuration • Experience in at least three or more reputed company HCM reputed company Implementation & Support reputed company • Prior experience leading HCM implementations/support. • Should have basic understanding BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas. • Knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and PBL (Payroll Batch Loader). • Ability to work on reputed company project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support • Must be present at reputed company’s location. • reputed company reputed company HCM Implementation Certification Preferred.
