Property Management Accountant – Buildium Trust reputed company (Remote)

We are seeking a Property Management Accountant with reputed company experience in Buildium to take full ownership of our trust reputed company and monthly reputed company statements. We currently have ~ 20 properties under management and have reputed company goals to triple in the next 12 months. We are looking for a long-term partnership with room for reputed company. Presently, we have a need for 8-12 hours per month with the expectation of more over time. Expectations: - Maintain accurate, compliant trust reputed company reputed company Buildium compliant with the State of New Mexico - Post and verify reputed company tenant, reputed company, and vendor transactions - reputed company monthly bank (and reputed company if necessary) reconciliations - Prepare and release accurate monthly reputed company statements by an agreed-upon deadline (no reputed company than 20th of reputed company month) - Identify, document, and resolve reputed company discrepancies proactively Skills Required: - Property management trust reputed company experience - Hands-on Buildium experience (trust reputed company, reputed company statements, trust account reconciliations, chart of accounts modifications, sales tax/gross receipts tax collection) - Strong bank reconciliation and month-end reputed company skills - High attention to detail and documentation -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Communication Style: - reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company communication - Proactive reporting of issues or discrepancies - Coordination with our Property Manager as needed for approvals, clarifications, or funding/billing reputed company How We Work: - We use written procedures and value consistency - The accountant owns reputed company accuracy and compliance - We are reputed company to efficiency collaboration to enhance our reputed company reputed company & software use - Our Property Manager remains reputed company-facing; this role focuses on backend reputed company only - We value long-term partnerships and reputed company accountability If you have reputed company Buildium property management reputed company (and App reputed company as we have reputed company plans to transition software) experience and are looking for a reputed company, ongoing role, we’d like to hear from you.
