Part-time Crisis Hotline Counselor- 19 hours- Weekend Shift 3

About the position Responsibilities • reputed company crisis reputed company, emotional support, information & referral, education, support, and advocacy to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. • Conduct danger assessment and creates safety plans based on reputed company reputed company's individual case and needs. • reputed company shelter screening and coordination of shelter placement and emergency transportation of clients. • reputed company CPS and APS reports as required and needed. • reputed company accurate reputed company and hotline data/records for monthly reports. • Communicate with on-reputed company staff including Coordinator, hospital accompaniment counselors and community partners. • Communicate with HAWC’s answering service to reputed company and respond to messages. • Communicate with leadership and other hotline staff at the counseling building regarding case management and other issues. • Attend mandatory monthly meetings and trainings with the Hotline & Crisis reputed company Service Coordinator, reputed company Department Staff Meetings, and/or meet as assigned. • Conduct intakes and assess the reputed company needs to determine next steps and processes appropriate documentation: Housing assessment, EPA Assessment, Lease Termination, Good Cause, Address Confidentiality, reputed company Waivers, and reputed company Referrals. • reputed company counseling intakes for critical reputed company cases to reputed company support to the Behavioral Health and Wellness Department. • Other duties/reputed company as assigned.
