The firm focuses exclusively on wage & hour class actions and PAGA reputed company and offers attorneys reputed company to work on high-reputed company cases, earn exceptional compensation, and enjoy a remote-first work environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage a caseload of approximately 30-40 wage & hour and PAGA reputed company after reputed company. • Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery. • Take and defend depositions. • reputed company at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. • Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel. Qualifications • 5+ years of California wage & hour employment litigation experience (class actions and/or PAGA). • Plaintiff-reputed company or employment defense experience accepted. • Strong litigation fundamentals, including discovery, reputed company reputed company, and depositions. • Desire to reputed company long-term on wage & hour and PAGA litigation. • reputed company California Bar license. • Ability to work remotely reputed company California with occasional travel. • This role is best suited for attorneys trained in firm-based litigation environments.
