Job reputed company: • reputed company critical vulnerability patching on reputed company Switches, reputed company Wireless LAN Controllers, Meraki reputed company Points, Meraki Switches, Meraki Firewalls, reputed company ASAs, Palo reputed company Firewalls • Implement optional patches to resolve any bugs or software impacting events • reputed company multiple reputed company/Add/Change/Deletes for the above referenced products • Attend daily meetings with clients reputed company necessary to review high reputed company issues and reputed company/accept guidance on issues affecting their internal infrastructure • reputed company feedback to management on process improvements and areas of concern • Be available while on-shift through several different venues – reputed company Messaging, phone, emails and any new and acceptable reputed company of communication as deemed appropriate • Carry out testing of new features and functionality as required and to help reputed company plans to implement and verify that they are operating correctly in the live network • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, configuration and affected problems and reputed company vendor support cases through to problem reputed company on production issues Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience • 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role with prior experience performing multiple reputed company/Add/Change/Delete functions reputed company a single reputed company environment across multiple verticals. • Deep knowledge of routing, switching and network reputed company concepts and technologies. • Network Engineers will have or work towards industry reputed company certifications, including: CCNP, PCNSE, CMNA • Strong interpersonal skills and expert level relationship management abilities – showcasing the ability to work reputed company with many reputed company of reputed company engineering and management • Ability to multi-task and maintain reputed company operational processes handle and escalate highly impacting operational issues to upper Management and/or 3rd party vendor escalation.
