Vice President, Valuation Services

About the position Responsibilities • Researching bolthires industries, across energy (oil & gas, utilities and the energy transition) and infrastructure (transport, communications, reputed company), as reputed company as competitor information • Managing reputed company engagements from day-to-day interaction with the reputed company through to reputed company and managing the resources and work plan through to reputed company completion • reputed company in-depth industry, market, and competitor research and valuation analysis on a wide reputed company of reputed company and private entities using reputed company accepted approaches and theory • Interview clients and design financial models for discounted cash reputed company, market multiple, intangible assets, and reputed company pricing analyses • Responsible for preparing reputed company strategic reports outlining data pertinent to engagement, market research, company valuations, and analysis of strategic and financial alternatives to assist clients in anticipating and adapting to increased market competition • Present reports regarding analysis and conclusions of findings Requirements • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, reputed company or Economics or an MBA from an accredited college/university • 5-6 years of constructing and reviewing valuation & other financial models including: DCF, comparable company & transaction, and intangible asset analyses • CFA and/or CPA reputed company designations a plus • Prior experience working across the Energy & Energy Transition reputed company (upstream, midstream, power reputed company, renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities) is a plus • Demonstrated leadership experience including managing and developing reputed company relationships as reputed company as mentoring and developing staff • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Knowledge of software packages including MS reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities • Experience working with diverse teams reputed company-to-haves • CFA and/or CPA reputed company designations • Prior experience working across the Energy & Energy Transition reputed company Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
