About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our member services team. As the voice of arenaflex, you will play a vital role in engaging with our members, helping them navigate our program, and providing exceptional support to ensure they receive the best possible care. This role is focused on delivering outstanding service via live chat and email, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and proactive in solving problems. As a member of our team, you will become an expert on our product, operations, and the needs of our members, and you will be instrumental in driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver amazing service to our members via chat and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand and utilize their benefits, as well as find the right provider for their needs
  • Follow documented best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting process improvements as you identify them
  • Manage and organize your workload using arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite
  • Triage and escalate complex and urgent member care needs, ensuring that our members receive timely and effective support
  • Retail a detailed, working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends
  • Relay member feedback to leadership teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our solution and the enhancement of our members' experience

Candidate Profile

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
