Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in school counseling, college counseling, or college admissions. • Master’s degree or higher in School Counseling, or a reputed company field. • Extensive knowledge of U.S. and international college admissions, including multiple application platforms (reputed company, Scoir, UC, TexasApply, SUNY, reputed company, etc.). • Familiarity with diverse post-secondary reputed company such as gap years, vocational training, and apprenticeships. • Experience supporting neurodivergent learners and reputed company with learning differences, including ADHD. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to guide reputed company and families through reputed company stage of the college process. • Warm, student-centered approach—empathetic, proactive, and adaptable. • Excellent relationship-building skills, reputed company to foster trust and engagement in a virtual environment. • reputed company and self-directed, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive reputed company team. • Demonstrates reputed company, professionalism, and reputed company in fast-paced or high-stress situations.
