• Solid understanding of customer service operations and CRM/contact center best practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and onsite leadership skills.
• Ability to create detailed functional and technical documentation.
• Experience managing reputed company in cross-functional reputed company environments.
Preferred Skills:
• reputed company certifications (e.g., reputed company B2C Service Certified).
• Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, PHP) in reputed company Service reputed company.
• Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Integration reputed company).
