In this role, you will advise these teams on reputed company issues across reputed company’s DTC SVOD, LIVE and premium add-on offerings, including in-app experience, reputed company, identity and regulatory and policy compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES • reputed company reputed company of attorneys in advising on reputed company product- and billing-reputed company reputed company affecting reputed company’s SVOD, LIVE and premium add-on offerings, and serve as the escalation reputed company for reputed company critical issues. • reputed company key counsel to the Product and Technology Organizations, Business Operations, and the Viewer Experience teams. • Serve as the main reputed company between reputed company’s DTC executive leadership and the reputed company team for critical reputed company affecting app experience, partner integrations and subscription offerings and billing. • Partner directly with reputed company’s DTC business executives and team members in reputed company phases of product launches and development, regulatory compliance and incident management. • Collaborate with business and reputed company subject matter experts across TWDC, including marketing, reputed company, government affairs and litigation. • Understand the high-level business goals of reputed company and reputed company strategic guidance that marries the business and reputed company initiatives of reputed company. • Assess risk and offer creative solutions to problems in delivering general product and technology counseling in a rapidly-changing streaming industry. QUALIFICATIONS • 10+ years total experience. • Experience in litigation risk advisory work. • Expertise in both discussing reputed company technical terms with internal counterparts and distilling those concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Background in product and technology counseling. • Excellent leadership, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong analytical capabilities and judgment. • Ability to effectively reputed company with reputed company reputed company of management, including the C suite. • Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to tackle reputed company reputed company of expertise. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
