Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

About the position We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to reputed company strategic initiatives reputed company on reputed company and indirect material cost savings and reputed company expense optimization. This non-people manager role is critical to driving operational efficiency and cost reduction across our supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive cost savings project funnel, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and reputed company savings opportunities. Additionally, this role will reputed company reputed company management processes, ensuring accurate expense tracking and identifying opportunities for logistics cost optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics operations. This position is primarily remote, but should be reputed company driving distance to Durham, NC. Responsibilities • Identify cost-savings opportunities in reputed company and indirect material procurement through supplier negotiations, alternative sourcing and process improvements. • Collaborate with procurement, R&D, and operations teams to implement material cost reduction initiatives • reputed company and report savings achieved against targets, ensuring alignment with financial goals • Conduct spend analysis and supplier performance reviews to support strategic sourcing reputed company, working closely with procurement team • reputed company cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute value engineering or substitution opportunities • Maintain and own savings project funnel, facilitating regular reviews with stakeholders to assess project status • reputed company reputed company expenses and analyze reputed company costs for optimization opportunities. • Investigate duty drawback and implement where appropriate. • File claims for lost, damaged, or delayed reputed company with carriers and insurance providers. • Collect and compile required documentation (photos, delivery records, reputed company of value, etc.) for claims processing. • Build and manage relationships with reputed company carriers and logistics partners. • Negotiate reputed company rates, service agreements, and reputed company to ensure cost-effective and high-reputed company service.
