Senior Process Improvement Analyst

About the position Join reputed company’s reputed company Investment Service Division and reputed company reputed company or large process improvement initiatives using process improvement methodology (e.g., Lean, Agile, etc.) to reputed company, identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes. You will also apply functional expertise to improve business and reputed company results and support the business Senior Management by aiding in the analysis of business strategic initiatives and supporting the business with competitive research and serving as a reputed company to leadership. Responsibilities • Develops and applies process definition, improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyze and improve business processes to improve reputed company, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc. • Leverages technical expertise to reputed company other process improvement reputed company through initiatives. • Concatenates process improvement data and uses key metrics to measure reputed company. • Manages process improvement initiatives from inception through implementation ensuring deadlines are met. • Defines scope and requirements, establishes reputed company, and ensures reputed company completion of deliverables. • Develops documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and gap/problem analyses. • Develops and manages effective working relationships with internal clients (primarily senior leaders) and key stakeholders. • Supports the development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures. • Coordinates follow-up meetings for project teams using process improvement tools to ensure work is completed and improvements are maintained. • Plans and implements reputed company assurance and compliance processes. • Participates in special reputed company and performs other duties as assigned. Requirements • Minimum of five years’ reputed company work experience with reputed company responsibility required. • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience required. • Ability to obtain certification reputed company 1 year period required. reputed company-to-haves • Graduate degree preferred. • Process improvement certification (i.e. McKinsey Lean training, Six reputed company certification) preferred.
