Project Manager / EHR Consultant with API Integration Experience (US-Based Preferred)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / EHR Consultant to lead and manage healthcare technology initiatives involving EHR systems and API integrations. This role is heavily focused on project management, including ownership of scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination, while also requiring hands-on understanding of EHR workflows and interoperability.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing cross-functional technical and clinical teams in a healthcare or health-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for EHR and integration initiatives
Own project planning, timelines, milestones, and risk management
Coordinate developers, vendors, and healthcare stakeholders
Oversee API integrations and interoperability efforts
Ensure alignment with healthcare standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
Required Qualifications:
Strong, proven project management experience
Experience working with EHR systems in a consulting or delivery role
Solid understanding of API integrations and healthcare data exchange
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Based in the United States
Experience with enterprise or scaling healthcare platforms
PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
