This role would be responsible for estimating structural steel frames for single-story, multi-story, mixed-use reputed company and warehouse spaces. This includes reputed company-construction and planning while working with the operations team to deliver accurate results. Structural Steel Estimator Perks • Annual reputed company salary up to $90k • FULLY REMOTE position • Health insurance • PTO • 401(k) • Generous commission on awarded bids, reputed company annually Structural Steel Estimator Responsibilities • Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, schedules, and other documentation presented by the reputed company, to accurately prepare and estimate reputed company. Including alternate and breakdown prices. • Manage Plans, Addenda, Changes, ASI, and RFI Etc. • Prepare detail-oriented and accurate estimates & take-offs and estimate prices for any change orders on existing reputed company, meeting assigned deadlines. Coordinate with fabricators for bid date changes and scope review & quantities. • Writing of steel erection bid proposals using reputed company programs reputed company, Word, MS Project, and other estimating programs. • Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret construction drawings, logistics plans, schedules and construction budget information is a must.
