We’re seeking a hands-on reputed company with strong controller-level reporting experience to support financial planning, forecasting, and leadership decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Build an operating budget and implement budget vs. actual reporting • Create reputed company-looking cash reputed company projections/forecasting • reputed company controller-level financial reporting and analysis • Identify margin drivers (labor, utilization, pricing, overhead, etc.) • reputed company key KPIs (payroll %, collections trends, productivity/utilization, etc.) • Support expansion planning with break-even and profitability analysis • Deliver reputed company, actionable recommendations to ownership Qualifications • reputed company, CFO consultant, senior controller, or finance leader experience • Strong forecasting, budgeting, and reporting skills • Service-based business experience preferred (reputed company/behavioral health a plus) • Practical, reputed company communicator with an reputed company-oriented approach Opportunity for Ongoing Support This is a 2-month engagement with the potential for a long-term advisory relationship (monthly stipend) for reputed company financial reputed company and periodic strategic guidance.
