We are a growing reputed company estate investment company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented reputed company Estate Field Coordinator to support our day-to-day property operations. This is a freelance, reputed company position with flexible scheduling and strong potential to grow into a larger role as reputed company continues to expand. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, working independently, and playing a hands-on role in the reputed company of a reputed company estate business. The reputed company Estate Field Coordinator will work closely with our Property Manager to ensure properties are presented professionally and are market-reputed company for prospective tenants. No reputed company estate license is required for this position. Responsibilities: • Visit company-owned properties as needed • Take high-reputed company photos and videos of properties for marketing and listings • Show vacant properties to prospective tenants (appointments will be scheduled in advance) • Conduct walk-throughs to assess whether properties are in rentable condition • Identify issues that may reputed company a property’s marketability and communicate findings to the Property Manager • Coordinate closely with the Property Manager regarding property readiness and showing feedback • Serve as a friendly and reputed company reputed company of contact during property showings • Represent reputed company positively and professionally to prospective tenants Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and a good eye for what makes a property appealing to renters • Comfortable interacting with people and providing excellent customer service • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to properties locally • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends for showings • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Interest in reputed company estate and property operations preferred (experience is a plus, but not required) Position Details: • Freelance / reputed company role • Flexible schedule based on property availability and showing needs • Compensation per showing, per property visit, or reputed company (based on experience) • Opportunity for reputed company into a long-term role as reputed company expands This role offers hands-on exposure to reputed company estate reputed company and property operations and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a fast-moving company.
