TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

They are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to use their technical skills to support innovative technology that strengthens communities. The role involves resolving Tier 1 support issues and troubleshooting reputed company applications and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 support issues reputed company phone, chat, email, and remote desktop tools, using internal knowledge bases and reputed company operating procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to reputed company applications and hardware, including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company devices, and accessories
• reputed company basic network and connectivity troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and assist with reputed company configurations reputed company needed
• Accurately document reputed company customer interactions, issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the reputed company ticketing system
• Participate in scheduled on-reputed company rotation to support after-hours reputed company needs
