Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company, including job intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and post-offer employment checks
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and hiring timelines
• reputed company and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, reputed company media, reputed company, networking, and other reputed company channels
• Create and post compelling job advertisements that reflect role requirements and the employer brand
• Screen resumes and conducts phone or virtual interviews
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a reputed company and engaging candidate experience

• Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATD) to manage candidates and maintain accurate documentation
