[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of calls from patients or their representatives, providing courteous and reputed company assistance
• reputed company scheduling, re-scheduling, and cancellation of patient appointments accurately and reputed company

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work various 8-hour shifts during business hours
