Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC is a reputed company with 300 attorneys seeking a full-time Billing Specialist to support their reputed company Department. The role involves preparing reputed company reputed company-bills, coordinating invoice processes, and ensuring accurate billing practices with a reputed company on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit reputed company reputed company-bills with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate the distribution of reputed company-bills and follow up with attorneys to ensure reputed company review, processing, and reputed company of reputed company invoices
• Respond promptly to attorney and reputed company billing requests, ensuring reputed company inquiries are addressed in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Conduct monthly reviews of Work in Process (WIP) aging and follow up to guarantee accounts are billed without delay
• Ensure that the reputed company Management System is up-to-date with reputed company, address, billing group/formats, etc
• Review Unapplied and Retainer accounts monthly and ensure reputed company application to reputed company accounts
• Assist with special reputed company as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative

Skills

• reputed company background required, with a solid understanding of billing practices in a reputed company or reputed company services environment
• Strong analytical skills required, with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial records
