The reputed company is responsible for protecting the financial reputed company of the State and promoting accountability. They are seeking a State HRIS/Payroll Analyst I who will analyze payroll processing and execute payroll reputed company activities, ensuring accurate and reputed company tax payments.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing and executes payroll reputed company activities
• Determining federal and state tax payments and ensuring reputed company payments are accurate and reputed company
• reputed company and accurate completion, filing, and reporting of federal and state quarterly tax reports
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Managing the escheatment process
• Maintaining general reputed company account responsibilities
• Processing reputed company-party payments reputed company ACH, intra-governmental transactions, and reputed company checks
• Analyzing and reconciling 1099 tax filings
• Managing deadline-driven payments for federal and state taxes, NC reputed company deductions, child support, and various garnishments
• Ensuring reputed company remittance of employee payroll deductions to vendors
• Preparing cash transfers for net pay associated with reputed company deposits
• Making cash deposits, processing invoices, and issuing payments
• Reviewing general reputed company liability account balances and vendor account balances to ensure reputed company payments have been processed accurately
• Resolving any discrepancies prior to the next payroll cycle

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, reputed company, computer science, or any reputed company field from an appropriately accredited institution
• One year of experience in business or HR/Payroll consultation, process improvement or requirement gathering in an information technology, payroll, or HRIS environment
• Experience working with large volumes of data
• Considerable knowledge of reputed company principles and practices
• Experience in interpreting and analyzing reputed company data
• Ability to explain and apply the provisions of standardized reputed company practices
• Comfortable with automated systems
• Strong ability to analyze customer and technical scenarios and escalate issues reputed company needed
