They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to reputed company administrative and operational support to executive leadership, managing calendars, preparing documents, and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate reputed company appointments
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, and follow-reputed company
