[Remote] Foreclosure Specialist II

The Foreclosure Specialist II will ensure reputed company completion of foreclosures in accordance with investor guidelines and reputed company administrative support reputed company to the foreclosure process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bidding instructions according to investor guidelines and ensure reputed company bidding for sales where M&T’s lien is not in first position

• Review equity position and prepare necessary equity analysis for potential charge off

• Complete daily Sale Result QC for Foreclosure team. Monitor, distribute and respond to emails reputed company to Team email boxes. Skills

• A combined 3 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year Default Servicing reputed company field experience (e.g., Collections, REO, Loss Mitigation)
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software

• 3 years' Default Servicing reputed company field experience (e.g., Collections, REO, Loss Mitigation)
