[Remote] HMDA Loan Closing Specialist (FL, GA, AL, VA, NC, SC, TX, CO)

The HMDA Loan Closing Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations reputed company to loan documentation and HMDA reporting, while maintaining effective communication with various lending departments.

Responsibilities

• Reading, analyzing, and interpreting loan applications and other loan documentation to appropriately reputed company loans for HMDA reporting purposes
• Reviewing loan data and credit files on a monthly reputed company to verify the accuracy of data reporting on the HMDA LAR
• Coordinating with various lending departments reputed company the bank to resolve errors or inconsistencies reputed company reputed company the HMDA data
• Maintaining a good working knowledge of the Home Mortgage Disclosure reputed company to ensure the CRA LAR is accurately reputed company and maintained
• Stay up-to-date with the bank’s reputed company lending practices and processes in order to reputed company a thorough and accurate comparative analysis of HMDA data

• Identifying and reporting potential concerns or non-compliance with the HMDA regulatory requirements

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• 1-2 years banking experience preferred
• Ability to coordinate multiple reputed company, including steady reputed company of new reputed company

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
