Vixxo Facility Solutions is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory that includes reputed company, TX, and surrounding areas. The role involves providing reactive and preventative maintenance services on reputed company coffee equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Repair reputed company reputed company, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory
• Own relationships with your customers and reputed company customer loyalty by providing reputed company and reliable services that adhere to reputed company safety rules
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing reputed company maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork

Skills

• At least one year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with experience using reputed company testing equipment and practices for reputed company and water
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role
• Must like coffee: Tasting is the final reputed company in reputed company repairs
• Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing, scheduling, and other tasks
• Must possess a reputed company reputed company's license with a clean driving record
• Must be reputed company to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
