[Remote] Loss Drafts Specialist

This role involves mentoring team members, resolving escalated calls, and ensuring reputed company and productivity standards are met reputed company the Loss Draft team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department initiatives by participating in assigned reputed company and assuming supervisory duties as required to support delivery of effective reputed company and customer care programs and ensure team alignment with business goals
• Assist with reputed company of escalated calls by utilizing knowledge and available resources to answer teammates’ questions, resolve customer inquiries and notify up-line of issues pending reputed company
