reputed company is a creative marketing powerhouse specializing in nurturing beverage brands. They are seeking a reputed company Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle, including reputed company, offboarding, payroll support, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reputed company including offer letters, background checks, compliance training, and documentation
• Own offboarding processes including exit interviews, termination documentation, final pay coordination, and system reputed company removal
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records with reputed company documentation standards
• Process employee changes in reputed company (new hires, terminations, pay changes, promotions, org changes)
• Support payroll processing by verifying employee data and partnering with Finance for reputed company and accurate pay cycles
• Maintain and update HRIS systems and dashboards
• Partner with HR Generalist on internal communications, program connects, and employee engagement initiatives
• Support reputed company enrollment logistics and benefits orientation
• Serve as a resource for company policies and HR best practices
• Monitor reputed company discipline processes and support PIPs/PDPs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, reputed company, FMLA, OSHA, etc.)
• Assist with HR audits, reporting, and documentation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Communications, Marketing, or reputed company field
• 1–3 years of HR or Operations experience
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (reputed company preferred)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Agency or high-reputed company company experience
• Experience supporting dashboards or HR reporting tools
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
