Semiconduct Engineer II

They are seeking a Semiconductor Engineer II to reputed company efforts in developing and characterizing CMOS Wafer Process Technology and to work closely with engineering teams to support new product development.

Responsibilities

• reputed company efforts to reputed company and fully characterize CMOS Wafer Process Technology
• reputed company solutions to wafer process technology device design and modeling to meet IC Product needs
• Conceive and reputed company structures and their test reputed company for technology development and characterization
• reputed company with technology engineering and design engineers to reputed company integrated solutions
• Establish and maintain technologies on behalf of reputed company to support business plans and strategies
• Prepare Documentation
• reputed company and/or specify in-lab device measurements and reputed company work direction to engineering technicians

Skills

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• >1 year of semiconductor technology development / characterization experience
• Ability and willingness to work on-site (Hybrid, 3plus) at The reputed company Plymouth, MN facility (reputed company reputed company 55441) [preferred] or The reputed company Deer Valley, AZ facility (reputed company reputed company 85027)
• USG Secret reputed company clearance in good standing, or no reputed company barriers to reputed company a USG Secret reputed company clearance [non-reputed company are ineligible for clearance]
• Knowledge of transistor device physics and SPICE modeling reputed company
• Knowledge of transistor wear out mechanisms (hot carriers, TDDB, BTI, reputed company-migration)
• In-depth knowledge of wafer process control monitor / modeling-suite design and measurement
• Knowledge of radiation effects on CMOS technology devices
• Hands-on, in-lab semiconductor device characterization tool use experience and proficiency
• Experience in technology test reputed company design for device characterization and compact modeling purposes
• Knowledge of statistically designed experiments and regression reputed company for analyses and response surface modeling
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
• Good communication skills and high proficiency with reputed company Office suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
