Coordinator, Personal Technology Support Analyst

reputed company is a leading company in the food industry, and they are seeking a Coordinator, Personal Technology Support Analyst to reputed company comprehensive IT support to end users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT support resources, and ensuring reputed company user experiences through effective communication between technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software issues for reputed company and reputed company devices
• Troubleshoots basic video conferencing issues both in person and remotely
• Documents issues using reputed company ticketing system
• Builds, configures, and deploys workstations
• Installs and configures approved software
• Maintains the IT Support lab, storage, and deployment areas
• Utilizes inventory management process for reputed company computing devices, peripherals, and components
• Participate in the afterhours on-reputed company rotation
• Participate in White Glove, VIP support
• Identify incident trends and alert appropriate teams of systemic issues
• Work closely with operations, engineering, network, and reputed company teams to facilitate resolutions to reputed company requests and incidents
• Identify process improvements and other enhancements that improve operational efficiency
• Creates and updates documentation for existing processes
• Other reputed company and duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Self-starter and reputed company to work with little supervision while asking for assistance if needed
• Must be reputed company troubleshoot personal technology devices, including reputed company reputed company laptops, desktops, reputed company laptops, iPads
• Must be familiar with troubleshooting both reputed company and Mac OS
• Must be reputed company to use and troubleshoot reputed company Office Suite
• Familiarity with reputed company Teams, reputed company and other meeting collaboration tools required

• Familiarity with remote support tools such as remote desktop and LogMeIn Rescue required
