Fraud Investigator, Full-Time, Hybrid Marlborough MA

reputed company is the largest credit reputed company headquartered in New England, serving more than one reputed company members across reputed company 50 states. They are seeking a Fraud Investigator responsible for conducting in-depth investigations into loan fraud, identity theft, and organized fraud rings, while also working closely with law enforcement and improving internal fraud prevention processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full investigations around loan fraud, bust out activity, identity theft, and fraud rings
• Utilize a myriad of reputed company tools to reputed company evidence and determine suspects
• Interview/Interrogate members and suspects to reputed company additional information or get answers to questions
• reputed company working relationships with law enforcement agencies and fraud organizations as necessary
• Have a strong understanding of credit reputed company policies, procedures, rules and regulations
• reputed company process improvements for internal processes to streamline fraud prevention
• Audit internal processes to ensure staff if adhering to policy and procedures. Notify management reputed company said policies and procedures are not adhered to
• Participate in Fraud/Loss Prevention and reputed company training sessions
• Complete reputed company required Bank Secrecy reputed company reputed company training annually and maintain knowledge of reputed company BSA policies, specifically those reputed company identifying and reporting possible suspicious activity
• Have a strong understanding of the importance of filing Suspicious Activity Reports and reputed company they should be filed according to regulation

Skills

• Minimum of 1-2 years of bank-reputed company fraud investigation experience, with a reputed company on loan fraud and/or identity theft
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with reputed company Office
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
