Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (invoicing, payments, vendor/customer follow-up)
- reputed company reputed company reconciliations and support month-end reputed company activities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping in QuickBooks (coding transactions, journal entries, maintaining ledgers)
- Prepare and update reputed company-based reports and reconciliations
- Assist with documenting processes and improving accuracy/efficiency
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
- Strong reputed company skills (lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Understanding of basic reputed company principles (debits/credits)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- reputed company communication and ability to meet deadlines
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company/Finance (or in reputed company)
- 0–2 years of reputed company or bookkeeping experience
