The Analyst-Account Services role involves being the first point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and providing support throughout the client experience.


Responsibilities

  • First point of contact post sale for Reveal and Fleet Implementations for the Government, Enterprise/Strategic, Mid Market and SMB Business Markets ensuring the value proposition of Verizon Connect is delivered to the customer by aligning expectations and creating a comprehensive onboarding plan
  • Implement core and ancillary products through a structured process to ensure smooth setup, client adoption, and an effortless client experience
  • Validate proper product mix, ensuring hardware and software features sets are compatible with the client’s assets
  • Main escalation point during onboarding, and mid-lifecycle engagements, responsible for facilitating quick resolution
  • Subject matter expert for key functionality providing clients best practices on how to maximize value and return on investment
  • Utilize all resources, including paid resources such as field support technicians, to care for timely resolution
  • Ensure installations are scheduled and executed in a timely manner
  • Accountable for the successful completion of deployment engagements inline with internal and customer-defined success criteria
  • Responsible for documenting all customer interactions in any applicable VZC systems to ensure transparency between customer and internal teams
  • Proactively coordinate with cross-functional business partners to solve escalations and ensure efficient implementation of processes

Skills

  • Minimum one year experience of Verizon Connect systems and tools, like: Salesforce, Connect 360, Super Libra
  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
  • A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, service orientation with the ability to identify and surface new process and product improvement opportunities
  • Team leader with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
  • Detailed understanding of the complexities associated with hardware and software solutions
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
