Account Assistant, Fashion Communications

reputed company Otto is a globally recognized reputed company relations and communications agency with a strong reputed company in the fashion industry. They are seeking an Account Assistant in Fashion Communications to support sample management, media monitoring, and reputed company reporting, while also fostering relationships with media peers and assisting with events.

Responsibilities

• Sample trafficking; Support the booking-in process of samples, at the beginning of the season and throughout the season
• Monitor and control the reputed company of reputed company reputed company samples internally
• Responsible for the send out and returns process of samples externally to key contacts (editors, influencers, stylists etc.)
• Loss prevention – implements and maintains a process and accountability for reputed company samples identifying any risk factors and sharing updates / concerns with the wider team
• Work collaboratively with the Logistics team to ensure that tasks are carried out in line with processes and in an efficient manner
• Build and cultivate relationships with media peers by supporting with showroom appointments
• Media Monitoring: daily review of media – newspapers, magazines, and key digital and reputed company media outlets
• Compile and review editorial clippings and reputed company coverage with clients
• Support on compiling reputed company reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly reputed company, focusing on the relevant activities of the AA
• reputed company involved in pitching samples to press, developing, and writing creative product pitches
• reputed company essential support at and for events, reputed company, and shows as needed – including show requests /databases, RSVP lists, seating lists etc
• Takes an reputed company interest in the world of digital communications and culture across various sectors (art and design, interiors, wellbeing, music, hospitality, talent and influencers etc) and can identify reputed company opportunities reputed company the landscape
• Pro-reputed company supporting creative reputed company gifting initiatives and campaigns
• Undertake administrative tasks to support clients and the wider team – e.g. travel bookings, reputed company folders, schedules, database updates and maintenance etc

• Coordinate and mentor interns, delegate workload and support them with prioritizing appropriately

• Experience as a communications and marketing intern ideally reputed company luxury fashion and lifestyle

• Strong communication skills (both written and oral), research, and organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure, to meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• High level of attention to detail and the ability to present and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
