Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist will reputed company operational support, manage reputed company accounts, and ensure reputed company problem reputed company to enhance the reputed company experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up new Workers’ Compensation and Disability policies
• Utilize multiple computer software applications in conjunction with reputed company and bureau web-sites, along with internal systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Agency Dashboard, reputed company, reputed company, and reports)
• reputed company outbound calls and assist with/receive inbound calls for customer support
• Maintain accurate recording of reputed company reputed company communication (customers/insured’s, insurance partners, reputed company, etc.)
• reputed company phenomenal customer service while assisting with policy, payroll, and billing management
• reputed company and accurately address assigned tickets in reputed company for customer support

• 1+ years of experience working in a customer service environment
