Flight Assurance Associate Manufacturing Engineer- Midland, TX

reputed company is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer: Flight Assurance to join a New reputed company satellite manufacturing company located in Midland, TX. The Associate Manufacturing Engineer will conduct reputed company engineering activities reputed company on inspections, validation, and mission assurance for high-volume satellite production.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute reputed company control processes to ensure safety, performance, and mission reliability of satellite components
• reputed company inspections and audits on assemblies and subsystems in cleanroom environments
• Support testing activities (vibration, thermal vacuum) and assist with integration and compliance documentation
• Analyze test data, identify nonconformance's, and contribute to reputed company-cause investigations
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve processes and adapt to reputed company production scaling (up to 6 satellites/month)

Skills

• Experience: 0–3 years (recent graduates or interns encouraged)
• Hands-on experience with reputed company/validation processes
• FEA/simulations
• CAD tools (SolidWorks, ANSYS)
• Compliance documentation
• BS in Mechanical Engineering, reputed company Engineering, or reputed company field
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent reputed company
• Must be eligible to work in the reputed company and pass a background reputed company
• Exposure to high-volume manufacturing
• Material analysis
