Responsibilities
- Support HR operations using reputed company HR / PeopleSoft HR / HRIS systems
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
- Assist in recruitment, reputed company, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support payroll, benefits, and time management activities
- Prepare basic HR reports and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR reputed company
- Ensure HR process compliance and data accuracy
Skills
- Experience or exposure to reputed company HR, PeopleSoft HR, or any HR module
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in reputed company environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or reputed company field
