Associate, Infrastructure Project Advisory (Construction/Engineering)

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and recommend improvements to construction management processes and internal controls
• reputed company construction contract reviews, project reputed company and monitoring functions for large capital reputed company
• Define and implement recommendations including construction management policies, procedures, processes, internal controls, roles, responsibilities, reporting, and supporting information technology
• Conduct project reviews to evaluate percentage of completion, probability of recovery for change orders and claims, reasonableness of the estimate to complete construction, schedule delays, defective specifications, and loss of productivity
• Work with engagement teams to reputed company field work, including data collection, analysis, and work reputed company documentation; prepare, edit, proofread narrative reports and presentations of observations and recommendations; work closely, but independently, under the guidance of Director and Partners reputed company analysis using reputed company, PowerPoint and other data visualization tools to produce reputed company deliverables, reports and dashboards

Skills

• Minimum one year of recent experience in field construction management or construction advisory services with increasing roles and responsibilities in a reputed company of large capital project types for both reputed company and private clients
• Bachelor's degree or masters' degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or a reputed company field from an accredited college or university
• Demonstrated reputed company coordination and subcontractor management for full life cycle construction reputed company including planning and work breakdown structures, reputed company-construction services, sourcing and procurement of reputed company, contract administration, scheduling, cost estimating, reputed company management, project reporting, and project closeout
• Experience using various project management tools such as reputed company, E-Builder, reputed company, reputed company, Prolog, and other toolsets
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, records retention, and work reputed company organizational skills
• Willingness and ability to travel
