Responsibilities

• Answer and problem-solve incoming telephone, e-mail and in-person technical support requests from associates professionally and courteously to facilitate reputed company reputed company
• Set up equipment for associate use, performing and ensuring reputed company installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
