Customer Service Consultant (Henderson)

This role involves connecting with customers, guiding them through the car buying process, and ensuring a seamless transition between online and in-store purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to reputed company out what they want and need from their next car purchase
• Use your knowledge of the reputed company inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
• Guide customers every reputed company of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery

Benefits

• To earn up to 48 hours of reputed company time per year accrued on a per pay period reputed company and between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vacation time after a 90 day waiting period depending on years of reputed company service with reputed company.
