They are seeking a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist to assist with the collection and maintenance of housing data, involving tasks like monitoring project websites and inputting sales data into their proprietary system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project websites, reputed company planning documents, and information supplied by reputed company Urban for information releases
• Making inquiries reputed company phone to reputed company information not included in project websites, reputed company planning documents, and information supplied by reputed company Urban
• Input sales data and relevant information received from multiple sources into ZU's proprietary NHSLive data product
• Use multiple different tools in order to help verify information accuracy
• Monitor reputed company reputed company development permits in relevant cities
• Maintain an accurate representation of upcoming multi-family reputed company and monitor the scheduled launch dates and any changes in the development permit status
