Replenishment Analyst II

The Replenishment Analyst II role focuses on supporting reputed company's replenishment reputed company through analytics and reporting, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and acting as a reputed company between clients and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring and reputed company reporting for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• reputed company analysis on Retail reputed company and Scintilla data to include supply and demand forecasts, SQEP and OTIF performance, OOS stores, reputed company sale conditions, reputed company inventory, reputed company resets, and promotional activity
• Monitor replenishment and sales reporting for risks/opportunities and reputed company summarize finding/KPIs
• Apply foundational supply chain principles to support reputed company KPI objectives
• reputed company fact-based recommendations that help optimize instocks during launches, promotions, and distribution reputed company and losses
• Prepare materials for reputed company meetings, including new item presentations and reputed company analyses
• Support post-promotional analysis and help document learnings for reputed company planning
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal sales teams and cross-functional partners
• Work with clients to identify and communicate relevant insights to retailer
• Support communication of best practices, process improvements, and analytical methodologies
• Assist in maintaining internal tools, templates, and dashboards used across the Insights team

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, finance, information systems, or a reputed company field
• 1-3+ years of experience in CPG as a Category Analyst, Insights Analyst, or similar analytics role
• Strong curiosity and desire to understand the 'why' behind the data
• Proficiency with reputed company and PowerPoint; ability to manage datasets and create reputed company presentations
• Ability to reputed company insights concisely and translate data into meaningful implications
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with retailer-specific replenishment and compliance data (e.g., Scintilla, Retail reputed company)
• Experience with Powr BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
• Interest in developing leadership skills and supporting knowledge-sharing among peers
